Beaulieu

We spent most of a day visiting Beaulieu in the New Forest in Hampshire.  The big attraction there is the British National Motor Museum...and there was much more to see and do.  You would think that this place is pronounced "bo--lee-oo" (oo as in cook, and just 2 syllables really).  But no.  Since the English don't particularly like anything French, they say it "bee-you--lee" (2 syllables).  Go figure.  But what a fun day!  We hope you enjoy the many photos.

When I'm 64!

Here's our "cottage on the Isle of Wight"...it was a little "dear."  And here is the link to the LONG gallery of photos documenting our get-away.  You can page through many of them...they're mostly there to help us remember all the fun times and beautiful things we saw.  We know we are blessed/spoiled!
