Winter Wonderland--Christmas in London 2012

On December 11th, we went to London to meet with other senior missionary couples at Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park.  We ate a great lunch and talked and then we were off on our own.  We spent several hours wandering around the Christmas Chalets and amusement park.  We toured the Magical Ice Kingdom, an exhibit of ice sculptures.  It was all so beautiful and amazing...a Christmas adventure to remember.

District Christmas Party at our Flat

On Monday, December 10th, we held a 2-hour Christmas Party for our District with all the trimmings...the ham buffet, along with carols, crackers, pass the candle, spoons, chocolates, Christmas quiz from the scriptures and brownies with ice cream and fudge sauce.  It was so fun to be with these crazy but spiritual young servants of the Lord.
